What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, G Pay, and Venmo for a quick and secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We typically don’t allow changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if you email us within 2 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help!
Is sales tax included in my total?
Yes — sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap!
Shipping & Delivery
Which shipping carriers do you use?
All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS, depending on your location and the size of your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping prices and times vary based on where you’re located and what you order, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after they’ve shipped.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Shipping options are shown at checkout so you can select what works best for your timeline. If you don’t see the expedited service you need — or you’re worried about an order arriving in time for a gift — email us at info@asterandace.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t currently ship outside the U.S., but we hope to in the future!
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped out the next business day after purchase.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Louisville, Kentucky.
My tracking number says delivered but I don't have it - what should I do?
We know how frustrating that can be — especially when you’re waiting on something for your child or as a gift. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or anyone else who may have accepted it on your behalf, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a little early.
If it still hasn’t turned up after 24 hours, please email us at info@asterandace.com with your order number. While we can’t control carrier errors or porch theft, we’ll do our best to help you track down next steps and figure out the best way forward.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are in new condition — with tags attached or, for items without tags, in their original packaging.

How do I return an item if I checked out as a guest?
No problem at all. If you checked out as a guest, simply email us at info@asterandace.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll take it from there and guide you through the next steps.
What if this is a gift?
We’re happy to help make gifting easy. Our standard return window begins on the delivery date, not the date the gift is opened. If you’re purchasing a gift and think the recipient may need extra time, feel free to reach out to us at info@asterandace.com — we’re always happy to help when we can.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
There’s a $5 flat fee for return shipping. We’re working hard to offer free returns soon!
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
However, feel free to email us at info@asterandace.com if you need additional assistance!
Are sale items final sale?
Yes. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This will always be clearly noted on the product page before you check out. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, we recommend reaching out before purchasing — we’re glad to help you choose.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 2–10 business days. After that, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. We’ll always send a confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued on our end.

How do I know what size to order?
We carry several different brands, and each one has its own fit. You’ll find sizing notes on the product page, and we encourage customers to leave reviews about fit to help others choose the right size!
What materials are your clothes made from?
Our shop features a mix of brands, so materials vary from item to item. We always choose high-quality, comfortable fabrics that are made to last.
How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are listed on each product’s tag and on its page in our online store. But, when in doubt, cold wash on a delicate cycle + tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do you make your own clothing?
We carry a curated selection of styles from other trusted brands, and our Aster and Ace branded items are made using only the best-quality blanks and materials.
