Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or packing slip.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, click the profile icon or visit accounts.asterandace.com

  1. Sign in using your email and the verification code sent to your inbox.
  2. Select the order and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. Choose a return reason and submit your request.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. However, feel free to email us at info@asterandace.com if you need additional assistance! 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $5 return shipping fee.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
