Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or sales events.
Shipping Methods
We ship through USPS and UPS, offering several delivery speed options at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided directly by the carrier during checkout and may vary based on location and shipping method selected. Once shipped, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and your delivery location.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so a physical address is required if you select UPS at checkout.
Order Tracking
After checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
You can use the tracking link to follow your order’s progress until it arrives.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We’re happy to help guide you through that process if needed.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability.
You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
For any pre-order or backordered items, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing these items will ship once all products are in stock unless otherwise stated.
